I am a single mom of five and a born again Christian who loves God with all my heart. I am interested in me and my children getting more into the martial arts for sport and self defense. In Chicago, it seems very limited and I do not know what direction I need to go in. I don't want us to be involved in the arts with eastern philosphies. Any help can provide in pointing me in the right direction is appreciated.
